A new luxury residential resort is being developed on the Turks & Caicos. Rock House, created by Grace Bay Resorts, will be a Caribbean version of a Mediterranean retreat overlooking the ocean. Rock House which will break ground later this year, is now offering a select number of homes for purchase. The resort will officially open to guests in 2020.
